What We Collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us through our forms:

• The content you submit — your message, your membership or program application, or your newsletter sign-up

We do not use advertising trackers or sell your data to anyone.

Why We Collect It

We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, to review and process your application, to send you the updates you asked for, and to keep records of our communication with you. We do not use it for any other purpose.

How Your Message Is Sent

When you submit a form, the contents are delivered by email to ask@criticalbiology.online using Resend, an email delivery service that acts as our data processor. Resend transmits the message on our behalf; it does not use your information for its own purposes. Your data may be processed on servers outside Korea as part of this delivery.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purpose you contacted us about — for example, the lifetime of your inquiry or application, or until you ask to unsubscribe. When it is no longer needed, we delete it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your Rights

Under Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct or update it, to ask us to delete it, to withdraw consent, and to object to or restrict its processing.
